Scope Quantity Surveying is a privately owned quantity surveying and construction cost management company that works predominantly in the building industry. We provide full Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) services from conception to completion, across a wide range of sectors including Education, Residential, Retail, Health and Childcare.
We also provide support to building companies, assisting them with contract administration, preparation of bills of quantities, producing change orders/variations and letting trade packages.
As building cost escalation remains elevated, we offer Value Management and Value Engineering services to optimise design solutions and maximise value for money, working closely with clients to define strategic objectives.

LIAM BEATTY │Director
Liam began his career in England back in 2008 and, after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying & Construction Commercial Management, he spent the first 9 years of his career specialising in the retail sector.
After relocating to Australia in 2017, Liam broadened his experience across the construction industry, working with national and international clients on projects of varying budgets, from multi-billion dollar developments, to private residential projects.
With experience spanning across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, whilst working as both a Professional Quantity Surveyor and Contractor Quantity Surveyor, Liam has gained extensive knowledge of cost management from conception through to completion.
His key strengths include precise measurement and pricing, effective communication and negotiating skills, with a passion for growing and maintaining client relationships.
Liam has earned professional qualifications as a Member of the Royal Institution of Quantity Surveyors (MRICS), Member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS), and is a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) committed to continued professional development.
